Position Vacant: Marketing and Development Manager

Location: Sydney
2SER 107.3 FM is seeking a dynamic marketing professional to manage and develop the station's marketing, promotional and income generating activities including membership development. This is a diverse role that encompasses the management and coordination of station activities across on-air, online, street and event platforms.
The successful applicant will be accountable for the station's marketing strategies, sponsorship and promotional activities, membership strategies, marketing collateral and online development.
Other key areas of responsibility include identifying publicity and promotional opportunities, coordinating internal communication with staff, presenters and volunteers, managing sales staff, and building a positive rapport with clients, partners, sponsors and the media.
