El’Circo moves to Saturday nights in 2010
Sydney’s most surprising and entertaining weekly show, El’Circo, moves to Saturday nights at Slide Lounge on Oxford Street from January 9th 2010.
El’Circo, an cross between circus, cabaret and elegant Parisian burlesque features a 9 course degustation paired with 9 death-defying circus acts. The show has been a huge hit on Sundays at Slide in 2009. Now the shot show gets a shot at Saturday nights!
Slide General Manager Kate Macdonald says the move will give the shows fans and new audiences the chance to enjoy their evening without concerns of the inevitable work day that follows.
Slide’s long serving Licensee and Creative Director, Marc Kuzma agrees: “I think Saturday will allow for an even more vibrant and social atmosphere… if that is possible! We have also moved the bar, allowing seating for up to 120 guests, and installed a brand new LED stage for bigger performance impact.”
Marrying top-notch cuisine and cutting edge entertainment, El’Circo debuted in 2007 and reviewers agree it provides Sydney with a sensational and surprising night not to be missed.
