Grafton Primary – Eons Ahead
Sydney electronic-rockers have pushed back the release date of their stellar 13 track debut album Eon to September 13. The timing is right, the synergy is right. The Eon National Album Launch Tour kicks off next week in Melbourne at the East Brunswick Club on Friday 5 September, before moving onto their hometown Sydney for a show at Oxford Art Factory on Saturday 6 September.
For those who can’t wait to hear, love, cherish, and possess a piece of Eon, Grafton Primary release ‘She Knows It’, the first single from their debut, through iTunes on September 9.
‘She Knows It’ comes with three remixes by Swiss duo Cryptonites (Arctic Monkeys, Coldplay), New York programming wunderkind Kap10kurt (Dave Gahan, The Bravery, Moby) and Grafton Primary (Faker, Dukes Of Windsor) themselves!
Eon is an album that plays on the themes of time and timelessness. The album explores past, present and future love with stunning lyrics and commanding synth lines that build layers of aural bliss and showcase Grafton Primary at their compelling best.
