It’s all happening for Sydney electro-noir band Grafton Primary. The trio launch their immense debut album Eon (out September 13) in Adelaide Friday 12 September at Jive as part of a national album launch tour. Supporting Grafton Primary on the night will be local indie hotties Fire! Santa Rosa, Fire! and upstarts Femme Fatales.
Grafton Primary will also release the first single She Knows It from their debut album, through iTunes on September 9.
She Knows It comes with three remixes by Swiss duo Cryptonites (Arctic Monkeys, Coldplay), New York programming wunderkind Kap10kurt (Dave Gahan, The Bravery, Moby) and Grafton Primary (Faker, Dukes Of Windsor) themselves!
Eon is an album that plays on the themes of time and timelessness. The album explores past, present and future love with stunning lyrics and commanding synth lines that build layers of aural bliss and showcase Grafton Primary at their compelling best.
