Nick Knowledge:
Nick Knowledge is a Sydney-born, German-raised MC prodigy. With over a decade of microphone slaughtering under his belt, Knowledge has travelled far from the bedrooms of '90s suburban Germany where he first recorded his raps. Returning to Australia from Germany in 2002, he fast made a name for himself as a indomitable freestyle and battle MC, winning battle events around NSW through subsequent years. His breathtaking live show brings together musicians from a wide range of backgrounds, from acoustic guitarists to saxophonists to trumpet players.
Characters lucky enough to grace the stage with Nick Knowledge in the past few years include international stars Jean Grae (NY), Cappadonna of the Wu-Tang Clan (NY) and Promoe of Looptroop, not to mention a long list of prestigious Australian and German artists. 2009 has seen Nick return to Germany twice to write and record a set of outstanding musical works that will form his second
full-length release, Soul Sample. Featuring a battalion of international talent headed by world-renowned Brooklyn hip hop originator Masta Ace, Soul Sample is set to cause major swells upon splashing down in the Australian music scene.
