The Feb tour of the James Morrison Orchestra kicks off tonight in Brisbane and hits Melbourne next week. Still great seats available.
World renowned trumpet virtuoso and multi-instrumentalist JAMES MORRISON headlines a stellar cast featuring some of Australia’s finest musicians and singers in this bold, brassy and dynamic musical refurbishment of some of the greatest No. 1 hits of the past 30 years.
This fantastic one off event is touring the east coast of Australia during February 2010.
With his charming and larrikin manner, JAMES MORRISON is looking forward to having some fun with the Orchestra, the performers and the audience and promises to include a few surprises during the evening to make the show even more special.

Featuring special guest Doug Parkinson, whose voice is part of our rock heritage, with his fantastic stage presence Doug is a true Australian national treasure. Having appeared in countless line ups and many stage shows Doug has performed in spectacular shows like Soulman, Motown Story, Buddy Holly Concert and Let Good Times Role and has supported a number of high profile international guests including The Who, The Four Tops, The Pointer Sisters, The Temptations, Thelma Houston, Bob Marley and the Wailers, and many others.
Monica Trapaga, one of Australia’s most versatile entertainers comes to the James Morrison Orchestra with a love and passion for jazz. Trapaga, currently touring with Ladies of Jazz regularly features at jazz festivals and performs with her orchestras; Monica and the Moochers, Monica and the Mucho Mambo Orchestra and Monica and the Sugar Daddies.
Australian a cappella phenomenon Tiara has sung with the best Australia has to offer. Delivering breathtaking vocal arrangements, they have performed alongside international star Lionel Ritchie and Australian talents including Paul Mac, Silverchair, Delta Goodrem, Jimmy Barnes, Jessica Mauboy and Guy Sebastian.
“We have assembled a great line of for this one off concert, we are going to have some fun” said James Morrison.
Many will wish to treat themselves or someone special to a warm and friendly evening of first class musical entertainment with a few laughs and lots of memories thrown in for good measure.
